Brawl erupts during live TV show between a member of Georgia's largest opposition party and a political analyst affiliated with the ruling party. Badri Shubladze, a member of the United National Movement (UNM), and Tristan Tsitelashvili, affiliated with the ruling Georgian Dream Party, threw punches at each other during a live television show on Georgia's independent TV Pirveli. Shubladze accused Tsitelashvili and the Georgian Dream Party of betraying the country, which caused tension. An estimated 10,000 people marched in support of Rustavi 2 television station in Tbilisi, Sunday, as the broadcasting company faces a court battle over its ownership. CEO of Rustavi 2, Nika Gvaramia, addressed the protesters outside the Georgian parliament building, saying that the founder of Georgia’s leading coalition party Georgian Dream and the country’s former Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili “is tirelessly watching us, listening, spying.” Gvaramia went on, "Rustavi 2 TV channel has always reported on what this man [Ivanishvili] does to us, as he steals from us, as he manages deceitful politicians and as he feeds people with false promises."
